I am suffering from piles (external). Kindly let me know the best medicines available in Ayurveda and Homoeopathy
I have successfully treated many patients in my 23 years experience with following medicines:
1. Arshoghni Vati (produced by Nidco) : 2 tabs twice a day
2. Self made triphala churna with good quality Amla, Baheda and Kaabuli Harar (not made with ordinary badi pili harar, the rate difference is Rs.80 per kg. and Rs.1300 per kg for good quality kaabuli harar. clean wash & dry them make them without seeds then take equal weight of each and grind well.
Take one tsp with milk or normal water at bed time, night and take one tsp. with warm water in the morning.
3. Collect Nariyal chilka (you can get from those shops who sell coconut and buyers ask them to remove bark (chilka/bhusa) at least 1 kg. Burn it in open vassal (patila/karahi) in place where there is no flowing air till it become black ash and then cover lid so that it remain black not burnt ash.
Make fine powder and strain and keep in air tight jar.
Every morning take a bowl of fresh curd and mix one tsp. of above made Narikel Bhasma (do not mix salt or sugar to it and see that the curd is fresh every day) eat every day till piles are finally cured.
I hope you will be cured in just 7 days and then keep taking triphala and Arshoghni vati for at least 40 days.
Triphala is safest to take even life long as it is not a medicine it is mixture of three fruits only.
In the evening soak 3 dried figs (after thoroughly washing them with water) in a bowl with little water just enough to cover them so that the sweetness is not lost. Close the bowl with a lid and next day eat it
half an hour before breakfast. Again do the same in the morning i.e. washing and soaking dried figs and
eat them half an hour before dinner. Continue this regime for three months to get rid of this nasty
disease. meantime after every visit to the bathroom for defecating wash the protruding piles with
water in which alum stone has been soaked for about 24 hours thus by this time water will gain the
power of the soaked alum. This will contribute towards drying of the piles. Good luck and God bless.
